The Sister Accord® Leadership Enrichment Tea Party Tour

The Sister Accord Tea Party Program

The Sister Accord® Tea Party Program is a Leadership Development program for High School girls presented by The Sister Accord® Foundation, a 501c3 organization. The focus of the program is to help young women understand the importance of strong, healthy, positive relationships, with other young women, in their development as exceptional leaders.

With 47% of the US workforce currently female, it will be essential to the viability and profitability of a company, or organization, to ensure that an environment of collaboration, not competition, is promoted among its workers in order to deliver outstanding business results. The Sister Accord Foundation’s founder, Sonia Jackson Myles, has a vision that graduates of her Tea Party program will be a pipeline of talent for her partner companies in the form of co-op/internship opportunities during high school and college, ultimately leading to permanent positions upon graduation.

There have been 25 Sister Accord Tea Parties held to date across the United States, and 2 have been held in Zimbabwe on 8.28.21, launching The Sister Accord Africa (Winners Circle) first Chapters outside of the US.  We are truly getting closer to inspiring 1 billion girls and women to learn how to LOVE  themselves and each other.

If you are interested in attending the next Tea Party event as a Student (High School Aged Girls) or Mentor (Adult Female), please contact Sonia Jackson Myles for more info.
